My approach is rooted in meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we look upstream at what might be holding you back and build habits that actually fit into your real life, not an idealized version of it.
I help you develop the skills and awareness to invest in your health long-term, so you can feel good in your body not just now, but for years to come.
I’ve spent years studying nutrition and working with hundreds of individuals across all stages of their health journey. What that’s taught me is this:
your body is never random.
There’s always a reason behind what you’re feeling—and a way forward that doesn’t require extremes or starting over.
My role is to connect those dots and translate the science into clear direction.
I don’t believe your symptoms exist in isolation. Whether it’s digestion, energy, hormones, or weight changes, they’re all part of a larger picture. Instead of chasing quick fixes, we take the time to understand your body as a whole and support it in a way that’s sustainable.
Outside of coaching, I’m living in Chicago with my spicy golden retriever, Pepper. You’ll usually find me running, practicing yoga, writing, or anywhere near water (and dreaming about living somewhere warm someday).
